We have a 30-day Zesty guarantee policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.

If your request is accepted, we’ll refund you directly to your original payment method or ship the replacement product to the address provided in the original order. Please remember it can take 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of food products. We are happy to issue you a full refund or exchange.
