Zesty Z Za’atar Seasoning
- Brine chicken breasts in a bath of lukewarm water and a large pinch of salt for 15 minutes
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Rinse and dry chicken breasts.
- Coat liberally with olive oil.
- Coat well with Zesty Z Za’atar seasoning, pressing to adhere the seasoning on all sides of the chicken.
- Place the chicken in a shallow baking dish.
- Bake on the middle rack until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Place the chicken on a cutting board.
