How to Make Za’atar Avocado Toast?

If you have three simple ingredients on hand, you’re well on your way to enjoying warm, spiced Za’atar Avocado Toast for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Starting with the toast, choose a thick slice of your favorite bread. Wheat, rye, or sourdough are all great options. They bring their own flavor to the dish that doesn’t overpower the za’atar. Plus, these breads are sturdy enough to hold up the mess of avocado on top.

This brings us to the next very important ingredient: avocado. Select a ripe avocado that has some give it when gently squeezed. The skin should be dark green.

Finally, the most important ingredient: a generous sprinkle of za’atar. We love to top avocado toast with our Za’atar Seasoning. It adds crunch from sesame seeds and citrusy tang from dried sumac. Any dried za’atar seasoning is delicious though!

All that’s left to do is assemble and enjoy your most vibrant avocado toast yet!
