How to Make Za’atar Tahini Dressing
If you’ve got a bottle of high-quality tahini sauce and a jar of Zesty Z Za’atar condiment, you’re closer than you think to making the best tahini dressing you’ve ever tried.
Our za’atar condiment is made with extra virgin olive oil so you don’t need to add any more oil to the dressing. Choose from original or spicy for an extra kick of heat. And the best part? You don’t need any special equipment to make this drizzlable dressing in minutes. No food processor or high-speed blender necessary. Simply whip it up with a fork or wire whisk right in your salad bowl so there are no extra dishes!
And if you’re a meal planner, you can make a big batch of za’atar tahini dressing and store it for up to 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge. Then dress up vegetable salads, roasted vegetables, and grilled protein with Mediterranean flare all week long.
Serving Za’atar Dressing
We love to toss this creamy dressing with a simple veggie salad. A spiralized sweet potato adds just the right amount of natural sweetness and crunch, while red onion adds a bit of a bite to the dish. Golden raisins round out the classic Mediterranean flavors so every bite is a bit fruity, a bit earthy, and totally zesty.
From your kitchen to the Mediterranean in just one Zesty bite.
