How to Make Tangy Sumac Everything Bagel Fried Eggs?


All you need to perfect crunchy, savory fried eggs is two eggs, a nonstick skillet, and your handy shaker of Sumac Everything Bagel Seasoning. If you don’t have a nonstick skillet, any other flat pan will do, but add a coating of nonstick cooking spray to avoid a mess.

Sumac Everything Bagel Fried Eggs Recipe

Ingredients:

2 eggs
2 teaspoons Zesty Z Everything Bagel Seasoning

Instructions:

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. If you don’t have a nonstick skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil or a spray of nonstick spray to the pan. When the skillet is warm, gently crack the eggs in. Cook for 3-7 minutes, until the whites are set and the yolks reach your desired doneness.

Immediately remove the eggs from the skillet to a serving plate and garnish with Everything Bagel Seasoning.
